The focus of my business is fun fitness. Whether itβs a Dance Therapy class or a Weight a Band Minute class, I want my participants to realize they can workout and have fun doing it. I also stress taking care of the beautiful bodies we have by focusing on clean eating, stretching and mobility and also positive self talk.
